We care about you, our customers, which is why we offer the most common and widely used payment methods.

As usual, we offer payment by bank transfer with a 14-day payment term, cash on delivery, and—newly—online payment via a payment gateway.

And what is our top priority? To deliver goods to you, our customers, on time, affordably, and undamaged.

GO PAY ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAY

GoPay is one of the largest providers of online payments in the Czech Republic and Central Europe. When handling payment data, GoPay complies with the highest security standards set by card associations, PCI DSS.

How do payments through the GoPay payment gateway work?

The GoPay payment gateway offers a fast, convenient, and secure way to pay online.

You can complete the payment directly on the payment gateway after finalizing your order, or the gateway will redirect you to your online banking portal or to a page corresponding to the payment method you selected in your order.

After submitting your payment, GoPay will send you an email containing a link to track the status of your payment or instructions on how to complete the payment.

All information about your payments, including your credit card number, is secured through encrypted communication, and GoPay handles this information in accordance with the highest security standard set by the PCI DSS.

What payment methods does GoPay offer?

GoPay offers all the most commonly used payment methods, including online card payments and payments via online banking buttons. Most payments are processed online, so they take just a few minutes to complete.

How does a card payment work through the GoPay payment gateway?

1. The customer enters their card details into the payment gateway and submits the payment.
2. GoPay forwards the payment information to a partner processor, which submits the transaction to the relevant card network (e.g., VISA or MasterCard). The card network then routes the transaction to the bank that issued the card used by the customer to make the payment.
3. The issuing bank decides whether to approve the payment and communicates its decision to the processor, which in turn informs GoPay.
4. GoPay processes the information and notifies both the customer and the merchant of the payment status. If the bank approves the payment, GoPay credits the merchant’s business account with the amount of the payment.
5. The merchant ships the purchased goods to the customer.
6. Based on the configured billing frequency, GoPay transfers the balance from the business account to the merchant’s bank account.

CASH ON DELIVERY

This payment option means that you pay for the ordered goods only upon delivery of the shipment. In this case, you can pay either in cash or by credit/debit card at the delivery person’s terminal or at the pickup location. A fee of 1,40EUR (including VAT) applies to this payment method.

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

Payment by bank transfer remains the most popular payment option among B2B customers. This is because, when selecting this payment method, the due date is automatically set to the 14th. Therefore, you do not have to worry about paying for the goods at the time of purchase.
