We care about you, our customers, which is why we offer fast, high-quality shipping via PPL.

We offer delivery to your address. Delivery usually takes place within 24 hours of shipment.

For orders totaling up to 120 euros (excluding VAT), the shipping cost is 6.99 euros, including VAT.

And if your order exceeds 120 euros (excluding VAT), shipping is always free, regardless of how many packages your order consists of.

Parcel Private

We typically deliver the shipment within 24 hours of pickup.

As soon as we accept the shipment for transport, we notify the recipient by email. On the day of delivery, we then send them a text message with a two-hour time window during which we will deliver the shipment.

If delivery is unsuccessful, we’ll send the recipient a message explaining the next steps.

We deliver packages to the delivery address up to the first lockable door. The driver is not required to carry the package upstairs.

If we cannot reach the recipient at the address, we will store the package at the nearest available PPL Parcelshop location, where it will be held for the recipient for 7 calendar days, or in the nearest PPL Parcelbox or third-party locker, where the recipient can pick it up at any time within the next 3 calendar days.
